Terms of Use

The short version: you must be 18+, use your own picture and real first name, treat people with respect, and use your own judgment when you meet anyone. We can remove people who break these rules.
Duh Wild is the trial display name of the existing Chem-patible service at chempatible.com.
These Terms are an agreement between you and Chem-patible (“we,” “us”) for your use of chempatible.com (the “Service”). By creating a page or playing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Duh Wild
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you’ve been removed from it before or if the law doesn’t allow you to use it.
2. Your page
- Use your real first name and a picture of yourself. Don’t impersonate anyone.
- Only give an email address that belongs to you.
- You’re responsible for what happens on your page and on your device, so keep your device secure.
3. How to treat people
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, bully, or intimidate anyone;
- post or send nudity, sexual content, hate speech, or violent content;
- share anyone else’s picture or personal information without permission;
- send invitations to people who don’t want them, or use the Service to spam, sell, or solicit;
- use the Service for anything illegal, including anything involving minors;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service, or try to access data that isn’t yours.
4. Meeting people safely
Duh Wild helps you start conversations. We don’t run background checks, verify identities, or screen anyone. You’re responsible for your own interactions, online and in person. Meet in public places, tell a friend where you’ll be, and leave if something feels wrong. If you’re in danger, contact local emergency services.
5. Your content
You own your picture, answers, and messages. By adding them, you give us permission to store and display them to the people you connect with, as needed to run the Service. This permission ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep for legal or safety reasons.
6. Removing accounts
We may remove content or suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms or puts others at risk. You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data at hello@chempatible.com.
7. The Service is provided “as is”
We work to keep Duh Wild running well, but we provide it “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise that you’ll find a match, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that other users are who they say they are.
8. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Chem-patible is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any user online or offline. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we do, we’ll change the date above, and if the change is significant we’ll let you know on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
